Refund & Cancellation Policy

We approach every offering as a sacred transmission. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling or purchasing. For any request, contact info@mahakalitantra.com, WhatsApp +1 416 557 2692 (Canada) or +91 95690 24784 (India) with your Order ID within the applicable window.
Non-Refundable
- Digital folios, PDFs & audio (instant access): no refund once delivered or accessed.
- Diksha (initiation): generally non-refundable once the diksha has been given.
- Puja / anushthan: non-refundable once the ceremony has begun.
- Consecrated physical items (yantra, amulet/kavach, rosary): non-returnable for reasons of sanctity, unless they arrive damaged in transit (see below).
Refundable — with Conditions
- Analysis / Jyotish reports: full refund if requested before work begins.
- Private telephone guidance / consultations: refundable or reschedulable with 24–48 hours notice before the appointed time.
- Online courses: refundable only if the course content has not been substantially accessed, and only within 7 days of enrolment.
- In-person seminars & retreats: refundable (less an administrative fee) if cancelled at least 14 days before the event; within 14 days the amount may be credited toward a future seminar at our discretion.
- Damaged consecrated items: if a physical item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 working days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the amount. Payment-gateway fees and applicable taxes may be deducted where permitted by law. Failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full.
