Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products (Courses, Folios & Audio)

All online courses, sacred digital folios, PDFs and audio transmissions are delivered electronically. Access is granted instantly to your student sanctuary (dashboard) upon successful payment, and a confirmation with access details is also sent to your registered email. No physical shipment is involved for digital items, so no shipping charges apply.

2. Consecrated Physical Items (where applicable)

Certain lineage programs and diksha offerings include consecrated physical items (for example a consecrated yantra, protective amulet/kavach or rosary). Where a program includes such an item, it is prepared and consecrated after enrolment and then dispatched to the address you provide. Typical dispatch timelines:

• Within India: dispatched in 5–7 business days after consecration; delivery usually 3–7 days thereafter.
• International (incl. Canada / USA): dispatched in 7–10 business days after consecration; delivery usually 7–21 days depending on destination and customs.

Tracking details, where available, are shared via email or WhatsApp. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient as per local regulations.

3. In-Person Seminars & Sessions

In-person seminars, healing sessions and meditation experiences are not shipped; details of the venue, date and time are confirmed directly with you after registration via email or WhatsApp.

4. Delays

Consecrated items are prepared with ritual care and, on occasion, auspicious timing; in rare cases this may extend the dispatch window. We will keep you informed of any delay.
